This whelping box is THERMOSTATICALLY controlled. Turn the thermostat to your desired temperature and the pilot light lite comes on. When the pilot light goes off, the box has reached the temperature you desire. The outer perimeter of the whelping box is unheated to allow an area for your puppies and mother to lie in, should they become too warm.

Important - The whelping box must never be hosed out with water.
Clean with a damp cloth and a hospital strength disinfectant - not more than 10% of
volume. The whelping box must be stored in a dry area and not be exposed to water or weather conditions.
