CRAIGIE WHISTLER finished 4th on the US sires list for 2005.

CRAIGIE WHISTLER first unveiled his talents in October 1999 when as an 18 month old youngster he won the April Main Stake Final at the NGA meet and sold through the Auction as the second highest pup.

His new owner shipped him to Derby Lane, St Pete where he ended up as one of the best dogs of his year winning the 2001 St Pete Sprint Classic.

But it is as a sire that he has really excelled.

And despite his outstanding year in 2005, this year is shaping up to be his best yet .. he has already produced three finalists in the Derby Lane Million, the World's Richest race .. including the race favourite and eventual winner GREY'S CALIBRATOR who is rated the top bitch in America and is former track record holder at St Pete breaking the mark in the 3rd round of the Million, she is a top Grade sprinter at her home track Wheeling Downs where she has won in near record time of 29.49.

JOE HEARNS : also a finalist in the Derby Lane Million, Tampa Win Leader 2005, winner St Pete Inaugural, won 11 straight on the circuit & rated one of the best in America.

JACK WHISTLER : the third Craigie Whistler finalist in the Million, qualified for the final at only 20 months after running 30.01 in the 4th round. Only had a handful of starts prior to the series and rated as a potential superstar.

ROOFTOP GIZMO : sold for a record $70,000 at the 2003 NGA Auction where he ran the fastest time of the entire meet (29.99) .. moved to Wheeling Downs where he ran 7/100ths outside the 3/8ths track record and was a finalist in the American Derby at Lincoln.

WHISTER'S COVE : Grade AA at Wheeling Downs.

CRAIGIE DEMANDER : sold for a meet high $51,000 at 2004 Oct Nationals. Grade A St Pete, runner up in the 2005 St Pete Sprit Classic.
