But for a bit of bad luck she would have dramatically increased the number of wins. In 10 of her placings she finished within less than a length from the winner.

Eve was very smart racebitch who had speed to burn.

She had 54 starts for the top return of 12 wins, 14 seconds and 6 thirds. She won in excess of $24,000 in prizemoney.

Eve is a two state city winner with a wins at Wentworth Park in 30.19 and the Meadows in 30.16. She has also won in fast time at the Gardens in 29.87 BON and Geelong in 25.65.

She is a Group 1 performer having made the Final of the National Futurity at Wentworth Park.

State Of Volente was briefly raced having 14 starts for the very good return of 5 wins 3 placings.

She held the track record over 390m at Shepparton running 22.19 secs on the artificial surface. That record lasted one race when her half sister My Pearly Shells came out in the next and broke it by 100th of a second in a graded race running 22.18.

In addition State Of Volente won at Sale, Warragul and over 520m at Albion Park with a best time of 30.36 secs.

State Of Volente is from a very good dam line. Her dam, Deo Volente has been a truly wonderful broodbitch who has thrown winners and feature winners from every litter whelped.
