Soprano Drive (US) was the "Boss" of Southland after winning the 2008 Superhound Stake, the 2008 Southland Derby and 15 straight,
breaking the great EJ's Douglas's consecutive win record. He combined raw speed, amazing track sense, unequalled determination and a huge heart.
His lifetime racing record reads 114 starts for 74 wins, 16 seconds, 8 thirds and 6 fourths. His wins to starts ratio is 65% and his 104 finishes in the money equates to 91%.

Soprano Drive (US) comes from a long line of excellent producing and racing bloodlines. His uncle Elway Drive was an outstanding racer and sire, a former Southland track record holder and
his damline also produced Ego Drive, Ebegeebe Drive, Ethyl Drive, EC Seena and many others. Soprano Drive (US) has no fewer than five Hall of Fame ancestors in the first
three generations: Molotov (US), HB's Commander (US), Perceive (US) and Representation (US) as well as British Hall of Famer, I'm Slippy (Eire).
