Heartworm Palatable Tablets

A meat flavoured tablet for the prevention of heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis) in dogs.

Composition : Each tablet contains Diethylcarbamazine citrate 200mg.

Indications For : the prevention of heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis) in dogs.

Dosage and Administration : Half-tablet per 15kg bodyweight, daily or as directed.

Presentation : Tablets 100's.

Warning Consult a veterinarian before use. Adverse reactions may occur when administering this product in dogs for prevention of heartworm.

Wormex Allwormer Tablets For Dogs

A meat flavoured tablet for control of 11 species of worm.

Composition : Each tablet contains Oxantel Embonate 542mg, Pyrantel Embonate 143mg, Praziquantel 50mg.

Action : Broad spectrum anthelmintic.

Indications : For the control of :

  • Roundworms (Toxocara canis and Toxocara leonina)
  • Whipworms (Trichuris vulpis)
  • Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense and Uncinaria stenocephala)
  • Tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia ovis, Taenia hydatigena, Taenia pisiformis)
  • HYDATID Tapeworm (Echinococcus granulosus)

in dogs.

First Aid : If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or poisons information centre.
Directions for Use : Weigh dog before treatment. Fasting is not necessary.
Dose Rate : One tablet per 10kg bodyweight. Dosing should be rounded up to the nearest quarter tablet. Use the following table as a guide:

Frequency
Hydatid Tapeworm Treat : every 6 weeks.
Other Tapeworms Treat every 3 months and treat dog regularly for fleas.
Roundworms and Hookworms Treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age and thereafter every 3 months.
Whipworms Treat every 6 to 8 weeks after 3 months of age.

Pregnant and Lactating Bitches : Treat prior to mating, 10 days before, and 4 weeks after, whelping.

Zone Control : Dogs can easily be reinfested with these parasites, so it is particularly important not only to treat the dog, but also to control the environment. This can be achieved by daily disposal of droppings and flea control. Dogs in country areas should never be fed offal from any source. Presentation : Tablets 3's, 40's,100's.
Storage : Store below 30°C (room temperature), protected from moisture.

Worm Ban

A broad spectrum anthelmintic suspension for the control of roundworms and hookworms in puppies and small dogs.

Composition : Pyrantel Embonate 14.4mg/mL.

Actions : Broad spectrum anthelmintic active against roundworms (Toxocara spp. Toxascaris leonina) and hookworms (Ancylostoma spp. Uncinaria stenocephala).

Indications For : For the control of Roundworms (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina) and Hookworms (Ancyclostoma spp and Uncinaria stenocephala) in puppies.

Dosage and Administration : Shake well before use. No fasting or purging is necessary. Puppies 0.5mL per 500g bodyweight at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age and thereafter every 3 months or as recommended by a veterinary surgeon. Administer direct into the mouth or mix with food.

Presentation : Suspension 50mL.
